Robert Wikstrom is a historian with a professional background in radio and television broadcasting, beginning as on-air talent in Spokane, Seattle and other northwest communities. He entered management and later ownership positions of broadcast properties. Wikstrom became a partner in the company, SoundWorks, Inc., a music and spoken word publisher in Seattle in 1998.
He founded the Speech Resource Company now operating out of Goodyear, Arizona, in addition to his continued oversight of Soundworks.
